As of now, your best and most probably only bet is to downgrade your device to an older OS build. In this regard, it is recommended that you roll back to the older OS version [such as from Android 13 to Android 12] and not just to an older security patch. Regarding the downgrade, you could do so either via the official downgrade firmware provided by OnePlus [which could be carried out on a locked bootloader] or via the Fastboot Enhance Tool [which requires an unlocked bootloader]. All these methods have been explained in the liked guide above. But irrespective of the method you end up choosing, all of them will reset your device, so please take a backup beforehand.
