YouTube missing 240p & 480p video quality options
With that said, the creators are currently having a tough time with this platform. Many of them have voiced their concern that YouTube is missing the 240p & 480p video quality options. While it might not sound much of an issue for everyday users as they would stream the video in 1080p, however, there is still a major chunk of the population for whom 240 and 480p resolution are the most that they could use for streaming purposes.
Moreover, during traveling when there is low network connectivity, these low resolutions are our only saviors. So for these segments of users to be unable to watch the video in their preferred quality wouldn’t only affect them but would also have a direct impact on the content creators as well. So this begs the all-important question- is there a fix?
